Shipping Policy

Flaksell provides complimentary shipping on all orders with full tracking and security features — no purchase threshold applies.

Processing Timeline
Your order enters our fulfillment process within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Upon placement, you will be sent an order confirmation message to your email address.

Delivery Timeframe
Once dispatched, packages arrive within 4–14 business days based on destination. Estimated delivery windows shown at purchase are approximate and subject to change.

Shipment Tracking
Upon shipment, tracking credentials are delivered via email. Note that tracking systems typically require 2–3 business days following dispatch to display initial status updates.

Modifications and Address Updates
Should you wish to update your delivery address or discontinue your purchase, reach out to contact@flaksell.com immediately. Most adjustments can be made prior to fulfillment; after dispatch, modification requests cannot be accommodated.

Invalid or Incomplete Addresses
Flaksell assumes no liability for delivery complications or missing shipments resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address details supplied by you. Should a package be returned to our facility as a result of address issues, we will reach out regarding reship options.

Late or Stalled Shipments
Should tracking remain inactive beyond 7 business days, please notify us so we can file a carrier investigation on your account.

Harm in Transit or Missing Items
In the event your package arrives with damage or fails to reach you, notify us without delay at contact@flaksell.com including your order identification (and supporting images in the case of visible damage). We will process either a replacement shipment or monetary credit at our discretion.
